I don't know how it worked but i did managed to play Crysis 3 on my 9800gt i5 6gb ram pc . This trick also worked for Call of duty Ghost. I really don't know the logic behind this but it worked without any patch at a low frame rate.
Step1 :- Open "My Computer"
Step2:- Right click on a empty space open "Properties"
Step3:- Click on "Device manager"
Step4:- Expand "Display adapter"
Step5:- Right click on your graphic card and click uninstall. In my case it was"Nvidia Geforce 9800gt"
Step6:- Run the game.
