A small habite for treatment of cancer , diabeties ,high bloodpressure , artheritis etc

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily..
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks:
· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
· Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
· You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
· Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
· 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
· Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life .

What are mitochondria and are they making me old

One popular scientific hypothesis proposes that mitochondrial DNA plays a major role in aging. What is mitochondrial DNA and why would it play an important role in aging?

Not all of our DNA is found in our nucleus. Some is actually found in small organelles within cells called mitochondria. Scientists think these mitochondria have their own pool of DNA because they were once small free-living creatures. Sometime in our distant past, our ancestors absorbed them and now mitochondria make our energy.

It turns out that mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) gets mutations much faster than the DNA in the nucleus. One reason for this is thought to be the presence of ROS or "reactive oxygen species" (also known as "free radical") in the mitochondria. When mitochondria make energy for us, they create ROS that can damage nearby mtDNA. In fact, this might be the reason why eating less leads to longer lives in animals -- less food, fewer ROS.

The idea is that as mtDNA becomes more and more damaged, the mitochondria cannot produce energy as well and become dysfunctional. This could lead to aging and ultimately, death. Is there any way to test this idea directly?

The most direct way to test this hypothesis would be to increase the rate of DNA mutations and see if it results in an increased rate of aging. This is exactly the experiment done by a group of researchers in Sweden. The researchers mutated a gene in mice so that the mtDNA would get more mutations faster. (The way they did this was to modify the enzyme that copies mtDNA, DNA polymerase-g, so that it made more mistakes as it copied mtDNA. The end result of this is that over time, more mutations accumulate.)

As expected, the mutant mice had more mutations in their mtDNA. So did they age faster than normal mice? Yes. At about 25 weeks of age the mutant mice started to display signs of aging that are normally seen in much older mice. The mutant mice lived for less than a year instead of for 2 to 3 years.

So, obviously mutations in mtDNA are part of the aging process. Are they everything? Probably not but they are clearly an important part of the puzzle.

Why do we age and what can we do

In the US we can expect to live to about 77 years old on average. Is this the best we can do? How much can we extend our lifespan? The oldest person on record lived to be 122 years old.

To answer these questions, we need to understand what happens to our bodies as we age. Are we programmed to live a certain number of years or do we wear out over time? These are two main theories of why we live as long as we do.

In the first, the idea is that our genes determine how long we live. We have a gene or some genes that tell our body how long it will live. If you could change that particular gene, we could live longer.

The second theory is that over time, our body and our DNA get damaged until we can no longer function properly. The idea here is that how long we last is really just a consequence of small changes in our DNA. These changes add up until the total amount of damage is too much to bear and we die.

It matters which theory is right, as it will determine how to push the limits of aging. For example, if how old we live is in our genes, then to increase our lifespan we may be able some day to change those genes. If on the other hand, our final age is based on the accumulated damage of a lifetime, then we could try to minimize that damage to live a longer life.

Which theory is right? Probably reality is a combination of these two ideas (plus some others we won't discuss). In the past decade, scientists have found evidence to support both theories.

Work in animals, in particular in worms, has shown that mutating certain genes can increase lifespan about 4-fold. For humans, that would translate to about 300 years old! These results would seem to support that there are genes that determine how long we live.

Of course, if those genes are involved in fixing the damage that comes with aging, then the data would support the second model. In the well-known human disease called Werner's syndrome, a mutated gene causes people to get older at a faster pace. The gene that is mutated is thought to be involved in DNA maintenance.

Other work shows that eating less increases how long animals will live. Although the reason for the increase in lifespan is unclear at this point, scientists have proposed that it has to do with decreasing DNA and cellular damage. Still other work suggests that cells can divide only a certain number of times. This is because of DNA at the end of chromosomes called telomeres that get shorter with each division. When they run out, the cell dies.

As you can see, trying to understand aging is a challenge. However, many scientists are fascinated by the questions of aging and the research is progressing fast. The following article is an example of the latest research on aging. The authors of the article use the mouse as a model to test the importance of mitochondrial DNA in aging.

Bracelet is a Personal Life Manager

It seems like most of us are short on time these days, despite having a house full of gadgets to take care of many of our everyday tasks. That smart phone might help you keep track of appointments at first, but it can only do so much to actually make your life easier. This conceptual product is described as a “life support” device, meant to take care of remembering all of those little things you might otherwise space off and forget.  The Mercator is part personal data assistant, part health monitor, part GPS, part shopping assistant, and all must-have cutting-edge technology. New nanotechnology and a tiny AMD processor chip make this functional but stylish piece come together in a way that makes us want one right now.
Far from being just a wrist-mounted PDA, the Mercator – designed by Chinese UI designer Kingyo -A actually uses holographic imaging to display the information you need to keep your life in order. Appointment details, information about your current vital signs, and even your grocery shopping list pop right up in front of you to keep you on track no matter where you are. The device can tell what type of store you’re shopping in (presumably with some related piece of infrastructure that’s present in the store) and presents you with recommendations and reminders based on your buying patterns and preferences.

Radiation detecting bracelet

Radiations can have a harmful effect on pregnant women. Care Bracelet, keeping the dangerous results of radiations in mind. Have we ever thought while styling or drying our hair that what potential harm does a hairdryer comes wrapped in? Or what kind of radiations does a power distributor cabinet let off or the dangers of walking under a high power line have? Care Bracelet will warn you against all such situations and keep the fetus in a healthy state. So, pregnant women can always stay in a safe environment by wearing a trendy bracelet, which will warn them against all potential dangers that a particular area comes injected with.
The elegant bracelet has been fitted with radiation detecting chip, micro motor and thermal energy conversion module. Care can change color and also vibrates when it detects that the radiation levels are quite high. The color will swap from green to pink and the vibrations will be a symbol to leave that particular area as soon as possible. Once the wearer is in a safe radiation zone, the color will again change to green.

Let Fitness Change Your Life- From TONY HORTON

For many of us, it’s befuddling to figure out how to improve our lives. Here’s my shot at it.

When you decide to eat right and exercise regularly, the person you become has it much easier. Life isn’t as complicated, and more opportunities come your way. This simple philosophy changed my life. I used to have so many problems when I was younger. Everything was difficult. So much drama and conflict. I was lazy, tired and overwhelmed much of the time. Life was a struggle because I couldn’t deal with reality. Not in a million years would I have equated a poor diet and lack of physical activity as the bane of my existence.
In my late twenties and early thirties, I began to eat better and workout more regularly. Suddenly, new opportunities came my way, my confidence improved and the drama began to fade. At that time, I would have never thought life outside of my workouts was improving just because of my lifestyle choices. I didn’t have the knowledge to put two and two together. I chalked it up to luck, nothing more. There were times in those days when I’d get lazy, eat garbage food and blow off my workouts — and sure enough, life got complicated again.
When my opportunities in the fitness industry started to explode, my eating habits and workouts were fairly consistent. When I was working on fitness programs for Beachbody in the late nineties, it was incredibly challenging but I never thought for a second that I wasn’t ready or capable. It wasn’t a right-place-at-the-right-time kind of luck that created these opportunities. It was an opportunity-meeting-readiness kind of luck. Because of my workouts and clean diet, I had the energy and enthusiasm to create something that could change millions of people’s lives. I finally had a clear understanding that my regular exercise and healthy eating habits had everything to do with my triumphs.
The more consistent I was with workouts and diet, the more opportunities came my way. As a boy I ate too much junk and, outside of sports, never exercised. As a result, my life was a mess. I struggled because I didn’t have the brain power of a person who was firing on all cylinders. During my sometimes-on-sometimes-off phase I suffered from what I call “fitness bipolar disorder.” Lack of consistency didn’t allow me to reap the life-altering benefits of a true health and wellness lifestyle. In the last decade I have learned how daily whole foods and near-daily exercise will provide opportunities for a better life.
Of course, I’m not alone in this way of thinking. Since my revelation, books such as John Ratey’s “Spark,” as well as “Younger Next Year” by Chris Crowley and Henry Lodge have come along and helped cement my philosophy.
I’m telling you this because I want you to realize that life can be incredible — not through roll-of-the-dice luck, money, tutelage, education or status. I know plenty of very smart people with lots of money and most of them are miserable. Joy, happiness, opportunities, success and the life you want comes from making “the change” to a lifestyle that involves taking care of yourself. What seems hard as hell at first will turn your life into a wonderful world of endless experiences, purpose, plenty of opportunities and the vim and vigor to enjoy life for the rest of your life. The issues and drama of the past will fade because you had the courage to make consistent fitness and healthy food a priority.

Why do we love food rich in fats?

We love fat, and there’s good reason why.
Scientists are beginning to understand the the ways in which our bodies react biochemically to fat, and it may lead to new ways to curb our addictions to unhealthy foods.
In a new study, published recently in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, California researchers have discovered that receptors in our mouths, upon coming into contact with fat, triggering a powerful addiction-type mechanism in our guts.
Essentially it activates cannabis-like compounds in our body. Fat, therefore, makes us happy and we want more.

Dr. Arya Sharma, a Canadian obesity researcher, describes the study :

This study shows that oral sensing of fat sends a signal to the brain, which in turn sends a signal to the gut leading to formation of endocannabinoids, which in turn re-enforce fat eating.
This is probably why, just eating one piece of fatty food (say one potato chip or French fry) is so hard. Simply eating one makes you want to continue eating till the whole bag or plate is empty.
Unfortunately, the drug rimonabant, used to effectively block this effect in this study, is no longer available for obesity management (it was withdrawn due to its negative impact on mood), but it may well be that other CB-1 inhibitors that do not enter the brain may prove to be effective to reduce fat intake.

Perhaps drug researchers can identify CB-1 inhibitors like rimonabant that do not have similarly bad side effects.
For now your best bet to combat this mechanism is some sort of portion control: Put some chips in a bowl, and then put the bag away, or likewise don’t eat from the carton of ice cream but instead scoop some out.

13 Amazing Health Benefits of Green Tea That Everyone Can Enjoy

I have read a great deal on the benefits of green tea and the studies and science behind it are compelling. Based on everything I’ve read, I agree with the scientists, nutritions and healthcare professionals that it really is beneficial to your health.
The majority of green tea benefits seem to stem from the powerful antioxidants, called catechins, which scavenge your cells for free radicals that could otherwise damage DNA, and contribute to cancer, blocked arteries and blood clots.
Green Tea Benefits
Because of the minimal processing – leaves are steamed instead of fermented – green tea catechins are unique and contain a more concentrated form of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), which is the active ingredient that many studies have highlighted as the driving force behind green tea benefits.
Green tea’s impact on cancer and heart disease seems very promising, and many people have experienced life changing benefits as a result of taking it daily. Below is a comprehensive list of benefits you will attain with a regular dose of green tea.
  1. Lowers your risk of cancer. Although the studies of how green tea affects cancerous cells are still in their infancy, there have been human trials which indicate that it does inhibit cells from developing cancer. EGCG in green tea regulates and inhibits cancer growth by killing cells that are growing inappropriately. In Japan, a study of 500 women with Stage I and Stage II breast cancer found that increasing their green tea consumption before and after surgery significantly lowered the risk of recurrence. Another analysis of 22 studies of the correlation between green tea and lung cancer concluded that by increasing your intake of green tea by two cups a day may reduce the risk of developing lung cancer by 18%.
  2. Eases the pain of rheumatoid arthritis. Study results reported in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences shows that polyphenol antioxidants in green tea benefits suffers of arthritis by reducing the incidence and severity of the disease. EGCG protects cartilage destruction and reduces joint swelling and pain. This leads many scientists and health professionals to recommend green tea as a legitimate remedy for treating arthritis.
  3. Stabilizes your cholesterol levels. Researchers believe that green tea lowers your cholesterol levels by reducing its absorption in your digestive tract and increasing the rate of which it is excreted. However, your body does need cholesterol to build cell membranes, insulate nerve fibres and create hormones. For this, green tea benefits you by preventing the conversion of LDL cholesterol into it’s more dangerous, oxidized form. Oxidized LDL is one of the main factors in the development of atherosclerosis (the build of plaque that blocks your arteries as LDL gets sticky and clings to your artery walls) and increases your risk of heart attack or stroke. The amazing antioxidant effects of green tea protect this, helping to keep your arteries clean.
  4. Prevents cardiovascular disease. A Japanese study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association showed significant reductions in deaths from cardiovascular disease among green tea drinkers. The study found that over an 11 year test period, individuals who drank more than 5 cups per day had a 16% less chance of mortality and mortality related to cardiovascular disease when compared to individuals who drank less than one cup per day. They also found that green tea was especially beneficially in preventing strokes, due in large part to the antioxidants and how they prevent clogged arteries.
  5. Boosts your immune system. Catechins, the antioxidant polyphenol compounds, have been shown to have a major impact in your immune system. Research conducted by the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 2003 revealed that theanine, found in green tea, boosted the activity of the gamma delta T cells that form part of our adaptive and innate immunity. The study followed a group of coffee drinkers and a group of tea drinkers who each drank 600ml of their drink daily. Blood samples taken four weeks later quite clearly showed that production of these anti-bacterial proteins were five times higher in those drinking tea.
  6. Promotes weight loss. Both green tea and green tea extract have been shown to fight obesity and lower LDL cholesterol – both of which ultimately lead to a reduced risk of heart disease and diabetes. The polyphenols in green tea are extremely useful for dissolving triglycerides, a substance in the liver and small intestine made up of mostly sugar and fat, and this is thought to be the reason green tea benefits fat loss. EGCG is also known to stimulate your metabolism and accelerate weight loss. When combined with the caffeine in green tea, this causes your central nervous system to release fat into the bloodstream to be used as fuel which burns your body fat off.
  7. Reduces tooth decay. Antibacterial properties found in green tea are also used by your body to kill the bacteria that causes plaque on your teeth. Research by the Journal of Periodontology has also shown that for every cup of green tea you drink, there is a decrease in indicators for gum disease. Fluoride is also found in green tea which helps to protect against cavities.
  8. Effective in the treatment of multiple sclerosis. In 2007, Dr. Orhan Aktas from the Institute of Neuroimmunology conducted a study of how green tea benefits sufferers of multiple sclerosis. While current patients do not have many options to prevent tissue damage and disability, he found that the flavonoid EGCG found in green tea could have a huge impact on multiple sclerosis. He concluded that EGCG is capable of directly protecting against neuronal injury in living brain tissue and that EGCG constituents may open up a new therapeutic avenue for treating MS by combining anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective capacities.
  9. Slows the onset of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. A recent report published in the journal Phytomedicine has found substantial evidence that the enzymes found in green tea protect your brain cells from damage. Another study conducted by the University of South Florida looked at the effects of antioxidant EGCG. It was shown to be a protein blocker which prevented the chemical reactions that can lead to nerve damage that can lead to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
  10. Fights the cause of allergies in your body. Methylated epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) has been shown to block a cells receptor involved in producing an allergic response. By blocking the production of histamine and immunoglobulin E (IgE), two compounds in the body that are chiefly involved in triggering and sustaining allergic reactions, EGCG could very well be the compound which prevents you from having watery eyes, sneezing and coughing.
  11. Helps to fend off infections. Again, as one of the main benefits of green tea, EGCG has been highlighted by a study published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology as being able to prevent infections, including the HIV virus. EGCG binds with CD4 immune system T-cell receptors and stops HIV from doing the same to reduce the risk of infection. While it is still way too early to peg green tea as a cure for HIV, an Egyptian study has shown that combining antibiotics with green tea significantly boosts the effectiveness of the antibiotic. In fact, when tested against 28 disease-causing microorganisms, green tea enhanced the bacteria killing power in every single case.
  12. Reduces and prevents acne. Green tea benefits acne in a number of different ways. It’s antibacterial properties attack and kill the acne bacteria while the anti-inflammatory benefits of green tea reduce the swelling and redness. Antioxidants fight against free radicals which damage the skin and make it more susceptible to acne also help to balance hormone levels to help prevent future breakouts from happening.
  13. Slows the aging process to prevent wrinkles. One of the latest benefits of green tea is the effect it has on your skin and the aging process. It is again down to the antioxidants that prevent cell oxidation and damage that can make you look older than you really are. Studies are mixed on this particular green tea benefit as new research has come to light which suggests the full benefits can only be had by applying green tea topically to your skin. However, many people have found that potent green tea extracts do have a positive effect on their skin, leaving it softer, more supply and younger looking.

6 Reasons Why Yoga Is a Great Way to Start the Day!

Sometimes it just feels great to start the day with a good workout. That being said, springing out of bed and hammering out a session of P90X® Plyometrics can be a tall order. If this scenario sounds familiar, you might want to consider a little morning yoga—a workout that increases energy, performance, mental clarity, strength, and flexibility. Furthermore, doing yoga has all kinds of other benefits: it can help strengthen the immune system, improve digestion, and ease anxiety.

So let's take a look at some of the reasons a few vinyasas can do you a world of good!
  1. Yoga offers options for your changing day-to-day workout needs. Luckily, there are tons of options when it comes to choosing your morning yoga routine. You can opt for a high-impact or core-focused sequence to build heat and energy, or select a slow-flow video to warm up your muscles and lubricate your joints. You can pay attention to stretching your tight hamstrings in Downward-Facing Dog, or work on strengthening your quadriceps using Warrior II or Chair Pose. One of the primary benefits of doing yoga first thing in the morning is that it can help warm up your body after it's been at rest. At the same time, those tight, sore muscles might be a little more vulnerable at this point, so check in with your body to get a feeling for its injuries and limitations.
  2. Yoga can help you detoxify and recover from the weekend! These days, a lot of yoga is geared around the theme of detoxification, as depicted in the movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall, where a heartbroken Jason Segel attends a yoga class. His teacher, played by Kristen Wiig, urges him to "sweat it out, sweat out all the toxins," as he's desperately struggling in Downward-Facing Dog.

The reasons yoga aids in detoxification are complex and interesting. When you lengthen and stretch your muscles (as well as contract the opposing muscles), you're increasing the function and flow of your lymphatic system. This means that stretching your muscles can help you fight infection and aid your body's removal of toxic waste. After a twisting posture, your internal organs experience a flow of more oxygenated blood, resulting in better function of your organs and more energy throughout the body. So if you had a "big" weekend and you're feeling a little seedy first thing in the morning, consider a good toxin-purgin' sweat. Maybe Monday should be Yogaday!
3.       Yoga is about helping clear, focus, and ultimately free your mind. Early writings about yoga       define it as having control over the fluctuations of the mind. I like to use the term "monkey mind," which is the state when your thoughts seem to be jumping around in all directions. The focus on breath and action in yoga increases mental clarity and focus. If you have a tendency to lose your keys or forget files on the kitchen counter when you're on your way to work in the morning, a focused and intense yoga routine can help organize your thoughts. Yoga can help you get out the door on time, keys in hand.

4. Yoga can be prescribed to help manage pain. Doctors often suggest yoga as an aid for patients who suffer from joint pain, inflammation, and arthritis. A 2010 study in the journal Pain showed that the practice of yoga can also potentially counteract some of the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Because yoga works out the whole body, it can help strengthen the muscles around the spine, which can help relieve pain and ease compression, particularly when it comes to the lower back, as demonstrated in a 2005 study published in The Annals of Internal Medicine. Spinal disks, which are very vulnerable to herniation or compression, can benefit greatly from increased freedom of movement. Doing yoga just once or twice a week can help your back become more supple and flexible. Yoga can be a great way to alleviate the pain of an aching lower back, a symptom many people experience first thing in the morning, after having not moved for 8 to 10 hours.

5. Yoga can help your recovery process after injury. If you've lived an active life, odds are you've sustained an injury or two at some point, the symptoms of which can return from time to time. I suffered a hamstring injury a while back, and if I don't stretch regularly, I find that my hamstring can tighten up or become tender. After having injured any muscle or tendon, strengthening and lengthening are an important part of recovery and rehabilitation. Also, overuse injuries, like carpal tunnel syndrome, can be painful and debilitating, and Plank Pose and Dolphin Pose are great ways to strengthen muscles in your forearms to help support your wrists.

6. Yoga can help teach techniques for self-actualization. Phil Jackson successfully coached the L.A. Lakers to five NBA titles, helping a group of hostile players transform themselves into a well-structured and highly communicative team. The secret to Jackson's success earned him the nickname "Zen Master." His coaching methods have always emphasized teaching tools for self-actualization, which can often lead to success: meditation, breathing, visualization, and the ability to "live in the moment." You can apply the visualization and meditation techniques embraced by the Lakers and their coach to your own yoga practice by focusing on controlling your breath while ignoring the temptation to leave the present or let your mind wander. It's a great way to lend focus and calm to the start of your busy, potentially stressful workday.

If you'd like to add visualization and meditation to your yoga routine, a great way to begin is simply to sit on your mat, close your eyes, and set an intention. Your intention could be a feeling you wish to generate by meditating, or a theme that can help motivate personal success during the rest of your day. For example, I like to set the intention for stability. The visualization that I apply is the image of a tree. Once I grasp the image or sense of stability by imagining a large oak tree, I try to embody that feeling by imagining growing roots and planting them in the earth. The result of this meditation leaves me feeling confident, focused, and in control. Yoga Booty Ballet® Pure and Simple Yoga is a great example of an intention-based yoga routine
